Documents Required for Renewal
Renewal is a fresh issuance, so the Certifying Authority collects the same KYC as a new application — including a fresh Video KYC. Previous verification cannot be carried forward.
Individual renewal:
- PAN card
- Aadhaar card (front and back)
- Passport-size photograph
- Email ID and Aadhaar-linked mobile number for OTP
Organisation renewal:
- Company / LLP PAN
- Certificate of Incorporation or partnership deed
- GST certificate
- Authorised signatory's PAN and Aadhaar
- Board resolution or authorisation letter

DGFT renewal:
- Everything in the Organisation list, plus the IEC certificate
