The price covers the Class 3 certificate issued by a Licensed Certifying Authority, paperless Video KYC, certificate download and installation support, and a GST invoice. The FIPS USB token is priced separately because many buyers already own one.
You can switch the calculator between GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive display. GST is charged at 18% on the certificate and token, and a GST invoice with our GSTIN is issued on every order so businesses can claim input credit.
A FIPS-compliant USB token is a separate add-on and can be included or excluded in the calculator above. If you already own a FIPS token — HYP2003, ePass Auto, ProxKey or similar — you can reuse it and pay only for the certificate.
A 1-year certificate has the lowest upfront price, but 2-year and 3-year validity work out cheaper per year and save you from repeating KYC and portal re-registration. Use the calculator above to compare the exact totals.
If a certificate cannot be issued after a failed verification, we re-process the application at no extra cost or refund the certificate amount. Once a certificate has been issued and downloaded, it cannot be refunded as per Certifying Authority rules.
